Steps to a Personal Relationship with Your Plants (the most nutritious, best-tasting for YOU)

(You could even do some plants traditionally at the same time to compare results)

1.  Place seed in your mouth under your tongue for 9 minutes

2.  Take seed out and hold in your palm for 30 seconds

3.  Stand barefoot on planting spot while doing this

4.  Blow your warm breath gently on the seed for a minute

5.  Hold hand open for 30 seconds

6.  Water for first time after 3 days using water that you rinsed your feet in (no soap)

7.  Leave one plant of each kind of weed in vegetable garden.

8.  Sing, smile, talk lovingly, touch here and there to the plants.  Compliment them.
